I boot up Win7 PC and it gets to where Icons show on desktop but then it shuts down with no warning or message. When I boot up in "Safe Mode" it works but programs and graphics are limited. It's a desk top pc but still uses a battery on mother board - I replaced that but still nothing. The fans are working and aligned. Safe mode works forever but regular boot not at all.
I tried the Repair / Boot disk I made after purchase but it won't read the disk that I know is valid. Sometimes wont even recognize my USB ports! :? Anyone else this problem - or a fix? Any help appreciated! I have tried everything that I know. If motherboard - safe mode would not work. So I'am at a total loss as to what to do!(This was also posted FB and MaxFreight forums - I need a fix real soon! Can't pay a service person. )

if the pc works "normal" in safe mode, maybe a program or a driver causes the crash in the normal mode.

Maybe but I have not made any driver changes and don't know how to check. Was going to install XP put 7 will not let me. Guess I send to scrap yard.

Check that, if in safe mode click start>control panel>recovery. Go back as far as possible, and don't be afraid to try more than once. I remember 3 tries before it succeeded for me.
